Professional Account Executive (Conway, Arkansas)

TheFaulknerNews.com division has one full-time, one part-time account executive and one telecommuting position. You will be working for three of our entities. The online news service handing commercial messages, the escrow company handling escrow accounts for the closing companies for owner financed real estate and for our Private Investigation Agency marketing background check services and investigation services.
You will have protected accounts and residual income. You will be fully vested after 5 years. Over 21,000 accounts to deal with, just to start. A decent full-time account executive should be able to earn a decent full-time income in 25-30 dedicated hours per week. We will have two more openings in Western Little Rock (46,000 accounts), one in or near Cabot (20,500 accounts), one in or near Hot Springs (23,400 accounts) and one in or near Bryant (22,700 accounts) in January 2011 for other divisions. We expect employment turnover to be very low as we offer the security of protected accounts.
Our contract protects you no matter how much you earn. If you ever worked for a fortune 500 company and had your territory cut in half, along with your income, simply because you were great at what you did, you understand what we are concerned about. We have no territories, just protected accounts. Once you are working with them, they are registered to you. No one else is permitted to touch them without your permission. If an account is very large, account executives can mutually arrange revenue sharing arrangements by written agreement. This business is based on relationships, not geography.
This is why we are not hiring any sales-managers and need only experienced account executives. Instead of cutting your accounts and income we offer you the opportunity to expand by selecting additional personnel, as you seem fit whenever it is to your advantage to do so. If you are confident that you have that ability, you are the type of person we prefer. You should like to be the type of person who LIKES to maintain control but NOT be controlled.
Qualified account executives will have plenty of margin to select, retain and train assistant account executives. It will eventually take an assistant for every 300-500 accounts. Other areas will open later next year if you live in outlying areas. There is very little travel. Some assistant account executives can work 100% from their home offices. Most work can be handled from your home office, but you must have a home office with a quiet background free from distracting noise to make this professional.
Account executives will have plenty of flexibility within the prime time hours. This is not a night and weekend or holiday business. It is entirely mainstream and prime time. Therefore, a stay at home parent, with children in school, could earn a very decent income and still provide top-notch parenting for their children. Once the account executive has their accounts fully established, it is a matter of providing good service. Also, if you are an experienced semi-retired person with a decent skill set, this opportunity may be just what the doctor ordered. You can serve your clientele “virtually” once they are fully set up and in place, so go ahead and enjoy your motor home while you enjoy your residual income.
Must have decent word processing skills, online communication skills, a decent digital camera, mobile phone, access to high speed Internet, Microsoft Office Products on their computer system and be able to travel to accounts within Faulkner County, Arkansas. You must have a professional appearance and manners. No phone calls please. If you do not have a decent skill set, please do not apply. We will only train account executives with related previous experience. We are considering and evaluating your skill sets, character and experience, not your educational background. We want to know what you have learned and you can use, not what you learned and forgot.
The Plain Truth
This is not for rookies. You know whether or not you are a pro. If you suspect you may not be qualified, you probably aren’t. We will not have many openings and we will protect those we contract. It would be nice to have more openings to have room for rookies but the reality is that we do not. The objective is to keep the income high enough to have very low if any turnover. We provide the accounts and leads, you provide the skill set.
